If you
are not satisfied with our products and
wish to make a return or exchange, please
contact our Customer Service department
at orders@beadcombers.com
to reject your order within 14 days of
the time you received your order. You
must email us prior to returning any
item (or items)
for refund or exchange with the item
number and obtain a return authorization
number that must be included in the address.
Your
payment will be refunded to you as soon
as our product(s) is returned via a
traceable courier (USPS express mail,
or registered mail).
Please note that Monogrammed products
can only be returned due to damage of
product.
You are always responsible
for paying the credit card processing fees incurred and any non-refundable
shipping fees. Cost of delivering the exchanged items will be the
responsibility of the customer.
Sorry, we cannot provide a refund for goods damaged by wrongful
usage, improper handling and packages received that do not have
a return authorization number.
There will be a restringing fee of $10.00 per strand for bracelets/necklaces
that were ordered over 3 months prior.
Shipping Procedure
For all orders we
charge $5.00 shipping. We can drop
ship to a residence. This is generally
a flat
fee of $5.00 total shipping.
This includes packaging of an organza
bag and take out box.
